Explain where rewards
could progress.

A future view could connect a campaign's eligibility rule with governed channel-state evidence. This page shows the disclosure shape only; it names no channel and makes no claim about who is streaming or progressing rewards.

Intersection requiredA channel must not appear merely because it is live, in the right category, or listed somewhere in a campaign. The supported eligibility rule and the governed channel observation must intersect at a disclosed time.

Evidence path

planned · no pipeline running
  1. CampaignResolve the reward authority

Use a source-backed StreamDrops campaign and preserve its eligible-channel semantics.

  2. ChannelResolve a reviewed identity

Keep platform identifiers separate from mutable display names.

  3. StateRead only an approved aggregate

GOV-003 must define whether and how Twitch Helix channel state can be collected and retained.

  4. JoinEvaluate the rule at observation time

Do not substitute category membership for an explicit allowlist or vice versa.

  5. PublishShow evidence and limitations

Disclose freshness, gaps, and corrections beside any future result.

Viewer boundary

Eligible does not mean progressing.

A channel context can explain where a campaign rule may apply. It cannot confirm that a particular viewer linked an account, met a requirement, earned progress, or claimed a reward.

Production boundary

Aggregates wait for a governed data posture.

Real measurement requires GOV-003 to define permitted Twitch Helix aggregate collection, source attribution, observation windows, retention, corrections, freshness, and safe public thresholds. Until that posture is approved, StreamStats publishes no measured result.
