Missingness is information

Unknown campaign dates, unavailable intervals, unresolved identities, and retracted facts should remain visible. Interpolation or imputation would require a separately reviewed method and must never be presented as an observation.
Version the meaning
A changed definition creates a changed series.
Method revisions need effective dates and compatibility notes. Comparisons across a definition break must be withheld or explicitly marked, even when the chart would look cleaner.
Production boundary
Aggregates wait for a governed data posture.
Real measurement requires GOV-003 to define permitted Twitch Helix aggregate collection, source attribution, observation windows, retention, corrections, freshness, and safe public thresholds. Until that posture is approved, StreamStats publishes no measured result.
